At Lohagarh Handicraft, we are dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction with our premium handcrafted products. Please review our Payment, Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policies before making a purchase.


PAYMENT

  • We accept all major debit cards, credit cards, UPI, net banking, and bank transfers for seamless transactions.
  • Orders will be processed once the payment is successfully received and verified.
  • For customized or bulk orders, advance payment may be required before production begins.

ORDER CANCELLATION

  • Cancellation requests will only be accepted if made within 24 hours of placing an order, provided the order has not been processed or shipped.
  • Once an order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
  • For custom-made or personalized products, cancellations are not allowed after the order is confirmed.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns will be accepted only if requested within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Certain products, including customized or discounted items, are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return.
  • Prior approval is required before sending a return. Please contact us at sales@lohagarhhandicraft.com before initiating a return.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund or exchange based on its condition.

Refund Process

  • If your return is approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 10-15 business days.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • In case of damaged or incorrect products received, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.

Non-Refundable Conditions

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to customer mishandling.
  • Returns requested after 7 days from the delivery date.
  • Discounted and customized items are non-refundable.

SHIPPING POLICY

  • Orders will be shipped within 3-7 business days, depending on product availability.
  • Shipping charges are calculated based on location and product weight at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images/videos for verification.

LAYAWAY & RESERVATION POLICY

  • We offer flexible installment payment options for select items. Contact us for customized layaway plans.
  • If you wish to reserve a unique handcrafted product, we can hold it for up to 2 weeks with an advance deposit.
